Liability Waiver
SOUL QUEST STUDIOS LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE OF CLAIMS By purchasing a ticket and entering Soul Quest Studios, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. AGE REQUIREMENT & ID VERIFICATION Soul Quest Studios is a 21+ venue. By purchasing a ticket and entering the premises, you certify that you are at least 21 years old. Soul Quest Studios checks IDs at the door to verify age. If you are found inside and are under 21, it is presumed that you entered using a fake ID or other means of deception. In such cases, you accept full responsibility for any consequences, including removal from the premises without a refund and potential legal action. 2. ASSUMPTION OF RISK I understand that entering and participating in activities at Soul Quest Studios involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, illness, and unforeseen dangers. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my presence and participation. 3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY I hereby release, waive, and discharge Soul Quest Studios, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and venue operators (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from my participation, including those resulting from the negligence of the Released Parties. 4. INDEMNIFICATION I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) that may result from my actions while on the premises. 5. MEDICAL CONSENT I authorize Soul Quest Studios staff to seek medical treatment on my behalf if I am injured or become ill while on the premises. I understand that I am responsible for any medical costs incurred. 6. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE I grant Soul Quest Studios permission to use my image, likeness, and voice in any media format for promotional purposes without compensation. 7. GOVERNING LAW This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado. 8. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By purchasing a ticket and/or entering Soul Quest Studios, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver, and I voluntarily waive certain legal rights. --- This version makes it clear that Soul Quest Studios enforces ID checks and shifts responsibility to individuals who use fake IDs. Refund Policy
SOUL QUEST STUDIOS – NO REFUNDS POLICY All ticket sales are final. Soul Quest Studios does not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: Changes in personal circumstances Illness or injury Transportation issues or travel delays Event rescheduling or cancellations beyond our control Denial of entry due to age restrictions or invalid identification By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept this policy. No exceptions will be made.
